I went from no hot water at 10:30 PM last night to having a brand new water heater installed with hot water running by 11:30 AM the following morning. Effectively a 12 hour turn around period that I was not expecting to get. Jared was incredibly fast to respond to my initial email requesting for an appointment and worked with me very quickly and professionally to size up what I need, get a quote with a couple options, and had a mechanic out to me within 2 hours of me getting back to Jared.

Our furnace died the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Chris was at our place within a couple hours, and gave us all our options. The furnace was already super old, so we decided to replace rather than repair. Since we had no heat, they made sure to have a crew out the very next day.
