Pilot is phenomenal. I called Chris about our AC tripping the circuit breaker in the mid afternoon and he came out at 8pm that night! Next morning (at 6:30am) I had quote and 3 days later we are up an running with new AC. We have had a lot of work done by various companies over the past year and I can say without a doubt that Chris and his team were the most courteous and professional services people I have ever encountered in my 50+ years! Chris goes above and behind on his work ! I called him up in the afternoon and later that evening he was at my grandmas house to assess her job . The following day he had a new hot water tank installed ! My grandmother was so impressed with Chris and his company . Wouldn't you know the coldest day of the month and my thermostat passed away. Well I couldn't just stand there and hold the two wires together so I contact Chris at Pilot Mechanical. He was on his way to another call....stopped by...placed a better and more efficient thermostat and was gone, leaving me with with heat flowing thru the ductwork. I HIGHLY recommend Chris and his crew to get you out of holding the wires.Ken R.
